Eastern Cottontail, Valley Nature Center

This Eastern Cottontail at Falcon State Park looks like he got into a fight!

Another bunny came in, and "Nickky" goes to investigate!

Then things got lively!

When he/she wasn't being chased, he/she washed his/her face!

"Mom" and "the kid"

This White-tailed Deer crawled under the fence around the feeder area at Laguna Atascosa NWR to get to the water feature!

It's not uncommon to see a Nilgai, an introduced antelope from Asia, along the trail to the salt lake at La Sal del Rey!

Here another Nilgai bounds across the same trail.

Coyote, Laguna Atascosa NWR

People aren't the only ones to use the crossings!

The tables are turned on this Coyote when a White-tailed Deer suddenly explodes from the brush at Port Mansfield!

A Bobcat sneaks across the trail first thing in the morning at Santa Ana NWR!
